We are SQF (Safe Quality Foods) accredited, which is a food safety program benchmarked by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) and underpinned by HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). It seems complicated – but the upshot is, we follow strict rules and procedures to ensure that our food is processed and handled in accordance with the highest industry standards for food safety.
We undergo rigorous internal and external audit processes to maintain our accreditation annually, in addition to maintaining our own on-site food safety laboratory and staff to help keep our products safe. We invest extensively in our food safety program because we understand the trust our customers place in us.
